Tech Intern at Ixigo

Interning under Mr. Aloke Bapjai, Co-Founder and CEO of Ixigo, I built a digital trip planner, Modern Traveler. This intelligent, virtual assistant crafts personalized itineraries for users based on their inputs and preferences, with the aim of using technology to improve real-life experiences. It is a digital platform that utilizes the power of AI to reduce human effort.

Ixigo is a technology company focused on empowering Indian travellers to plan, book and manage their trips across rail, air, buses and hotels. With 170 million users and revenue of over 60 million USD, Ixigo assists travellers in making smarter travel decisions by leveraging artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science led innovations on their OTA platforms, comprising their websites and mobile applications.

AI and Machine Learning Intern at Quick IsCool

Deeply interested in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, I expanded on my pre-existing knowledge of the field and built a strong foundation in AI and ML. I applied my programming skills in Python to build a deep learning model for image classification. I trained data for ML models, built simple neural networks, and developed various supervised learning algorithms such as SVM, Naive Bayes, and k-NN. For the end project of the internship, I built linear regression models, trained Generative Adversarial Networks, and performed sentiment analysis on social media data.

Quick IsCool is India's first research-from-home ecosystem. With an Extended Reality (XR) metaverse for academic research and scientific training, Quick IsCool is a start-up that is at the forefront of using AI, Quantum computers, and cloud-based research facilities. They aim to contribute to the advancement of knowledge and open up new possibilities for collaboration and innovation, leading to more scientific discoveries.
